Sadly we must say "farewell" to Havelock Farmers' Market! It was decided in late March 2011 that Havelock Farmers' Market will no longer exists! We will miss you terribly, but all is not lost... this website will stand as a way for our customers to get back in contact with us. The market might be gone, but the vendors are still very much alive and still can be found at many Lincoln farmers' markets and surrounding areas. We thank you for the many years of joy, laughter, friendship and support. We'll see you around!
Brief History of Havelock Farmers' Market
The Havelock Business Association became interested in starting a farmers' market in 2008. The O'Hare family (from Against the Wall) and Dave (from the Isle's Bar & Grille) offered their back parking lot as a place to hold a farmers' market. The Havelock Farmers' Market was started at that time. The Havelock Farmers' Market is a member of Buy Fresh Buy Local.
Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage the purchase and enjoyment of local food. We offer location to small family-farmers and ranchers offering in-season and value-added food products for your dining pleasure. We promote community, the local economy and preserving our farming heritage.

- Great parking! It's not something many think about, but when you get to a market and realize you'll have to fight for a parking spot it becomes a big deal. At the Havelock Farmer's Market, it's not a problem!
- Family friendly market! Bring the kids and not worry about them running from your side. The vendors too are always on the look out for your family.
- Pet friendly!!! We love our fellow furry friends. Small dogs are welcomed! In fact, Penny-- our market mascot-- is often at the market!!!
- We are the only market-- we have ever heard of-- who has a "market book shelf" where you came buy and donate cookbooks for only $2 each!
