About The Normandy

Picture
The Crêperie project was born from a natural evolution. It is the story of friendship and a common dream. Three French men who through blessings and luck find themselves in Nebraska. Benoit Fayol , Robert Collet and Laurent de Villiers have the same passion for the American dream. It has become our main goal.

The original idea of a French restaurant in Lincoln goes back to the summer of 2008. Laurent, who was married to an American from Nebraska and was settled in the Midwest. He called to his friends and suggested that they could move to U.S.A. Bob and Ben were working in France in a famous French restaurant, Paul Bocuse brasserie.

We are attaching to this introduction different pictures of the products we would sell at the market. We hope to work with you and promote the Franco-American friendship under the name The Normandy, symbol of the American honor and nobility.

We have tremendous respect for the story of the new world and would consider it to be a privilege to work at a traditional farmers market. The people of Lincoln deserve the best that we have to offer. Thank you for the time and effort you put into considering our presence in your market. We look forward  to working with you and hope to share our food and culture with this wonderful community.

Sincerely ,

Laurent/Lawrence
Robert/Bob
Benoit/Ben
